Good story, very strong characters and lots of blood and Gore! If you love this genre, DO NOT pass this one up! What's off to Tripp Ellis!
A surprisingly wonderful read, a page turner. Read it in one sitting. In line for the next issue. All thumbs up.

I have to say this book suprised me. I have been struggling to find a new series in this genre. Give this book a chance and you wont be disappinted. I really like how it was written. Highly recommend.

I was a somewhat skeptical about this book when I first started reading thinking it might be another dull monotonous read with little meat to it. Happy to say I was wrong although, wouldn't have minded finding out a little more about the antagonist. Fun read, get it you'll enjoy it.
The Zone is a little predictable at some points. Although it was, i still enjoyed the story to a large extent. The
main character Steele was developed, had weaknesses and regrets from his past, so nothing about him seemed
superficial or unreal. I liked the other characters too. I've read zombie fiction before, such as The Remaining by
DJ Molles. This book by Ellis really got me thinking about it, somehow. Even though some people probably could
argue that The Zone turned up its speed a little too fast at a few places, i personally didn't have a big issue with
it. I enjoy post-apocalyptic books sometimes. I don't regret my time spent reading this piece. I liked it.
